9:00 a.m.
Choir season is here and we need your voices!

Come join the choir this season – everyone is welcome to participate! Join us as we enjoy spiritual growth, health benefits, intellectual stimulation and the opportunity to contribute substantially to music ministry during Sunday services. Choir rehearsals are held weekly each Sunday at 9:00 am in the sanctuary.

You can also participate in music at church throughout the year. Got a piece or a song you are working on? We’d love to have you perform for a Prelude or Postlude this season.

Contact Contact Jeremy Jacobsen, Music Director, to be added to the choir mailing list, or to perform a piece.

First Hour Discussion:

Harvest the Power

Rev. Rudra Dundzila, speaker

Rev. Rudra Dundzila will select activities from the UUA Tapestry of Faith “Harvest the Power” curriculum. The program helps Unitarian Universalists with their church leadership. These will be COMBINED adult First Hour (4th Principle and Spirit Circle sessions).

This is an ongoing series of eight sessions, through December. In the spirit of shared ministry, various folks will be enlisted to co-lead individual sessions. If you would like to help, let Rudra know.

What is the Vision of the First Unitarian Church of Hobart?

Rev. Rudra Dundzilla

We held a congregational retreat last month. The assembled congregants chose four priorities for our church year: membership, focus, community profile, and communication. Today, we will dream about how we can implement these goals so that they fit together into a vision for the Church.

Noon:
Coffee Hour Fellowship (fellowship Hall).
